My dealings with the Good Samaritan were pleasant. I think this guy is one of those people who want everything for nothing and then still complain. The whole purpose of the free clinic (I thought) was to keep people out of the ER thus saving the hospitals \$. So, what happens when your prescription runs out again? Go back to the ER? Dont think the hospitals would like that. Yes, its a wait to see a doc @ the clinic, but they are there as volunteers and the medical care is free. There is nothing good about the Good Samaritan Medical Clinic. They treat their patients as if they were slouches. If you are a Welvista patient, they force you to have your meds inconveniently shipped to their office when you could have them shipped to your home.The time it takes to approve a patient application at Good Samaritan Medical Clinic is outrageous, and the amount of time you sit waiting to see a doctor is atrocious.You would be better off applying to Welvista, and then go to the emergency room to get a prescripti... read more
