9/25/2025. The day before my procedure, I took my laxatives and drank my miralax mixed with gatorade. Next day, walked into Day Surgery for a Colonoscopy appointment where a nurse greeted me and walked me to my stretcher. A female nurse asked me questions and if I needed the bathroom. I changed into a medical gown to lie down in a stretcher. Next, a male Anesthesiologist came by and asked some questions noting answers on a form. Same nurse took my blood pressure and told me what it was which I appreciated. Nurse came back an... read more

I’m literally sitting in the waiting room in tears right now! Worst experience I ever had at an ER. So I came In 9/16/25 at 5pm. It’s excruciatingly painful to swallow. I haven’t eaten since not eaten since the day prior I have a migraine and it feels like I’m putting in effort to breathe. The nurse does a strep test and sends me back to waiting room. 4 hours later I go check in again and nurse says I should be called in 15-20 mins. I explain that my phone is dying and my 85 year old grandma is at home watching my 1 and 2 ye... read more

Yesterday, my pregnant sister-in-law went to the hospital at 10 pm And she was stayed there for three hours with no service. No one went to check on her, didn’t say nothing didn’t ask or anything just say” Oh you have to wait until the doctor come.”😒

Blood on the floor is not safe nor sanitary. I know life gets busy and it’s an ongoing thing for nurses, EMTs, Doctors and essential workers while working in the ER. But to see dry blood on the floor while caring for my sick dad who has throat cancer and compromised immune system, not safe for him or anyone for that matter. Overall the nurses and doctors were nice but long time to be waiting almost 5 hours.
