I had a great experience in labor & delivery /mom & baby. All of the nurses, techs, doctors, and aides were wonderful and caring. I felt at ease through everything, and this was my first baby. I wouldn't want to give birth anywhere else now.

The ER department is a joke. More than half the people, including doctors, aren't familiar with a chronic health condition I have and have never heard about the diagnostic radiology tests. On top of that they treat me like I'm the ill informed one even when I have labs that back up periods of "attacks". When my daughter was an infant they misdiagnosed her with a very serious condition, pyloric stenosis, which is very easy to definitively diagnose. They missed it.
I was very sick when I was transported to this hospital and I was also very scared. They helped to heal me physically as well as emotionally. If I could 'tag' each staff member for their patience and excellent care, I would! I remember a few names (I had a medical team rooting me on to wellness) Nurse Nacia and Kay. Docs Duckro, Fiegleson, Stovall and Dr Dave, and to Chris Noel in the wound care clinic as well as Deb and Paula for the wound care; thank you, thank you thank you!! You all have such good hearts!
This is the worst hospital stay ever. The nurses and aids were very rude. Had to fight to get pain medication after surgery. When I felt my blood sugars were dropping I couldn't even get them too check to see how low I was. Said they needed doctors orders for that. Will never go to this hospital again.
Dr Rooks was amazing in the ER! So thankful he was my doctor, he took great care of me and was concerned about me and caring about what I was going through... I owe him some Heaven Dragon!
This is a great place to work! Wonderful staff at all levels. I spent a large part of my life providing vocational counseling and job placement services and this hospital is a model employer.
