Once again the emergency room ignored a patients, my brother. He had just been in a bad accident and came into the ER because his neck was in excruciating pain. They made him sit in the waiting room for more than an hour until finally he called a friend and begged them to take him to Northridge Hospital. RecommendedA caring staff that treated you not only professionally but compassionately. Calling you by your name all the time treating you like a person that they cared for not just a number in a hospital records! The staff is truly amazing and I don't think O would have recovered as quickly somewhere else!
