No one answers phones, can’t leave a message despite how many times I press 1 to be able to leave a message. The doctors are great but receptionists just don’t answer. I have asked multiple times to call me after a certain time as I work in a school and they refuse to listen at all. I am considering dropping the doctor I see because of the terrible reception in this building.

Just got home from my 2 year olds sleep Lenore greeted and took care of us during our stay, brought my son a Spider-Man toy to distract him while setting him up. She came periodically to check on us and make adjustments as necessary. Woke us up earlier then scheduled for us to avoid morning traffic. Thank you!
My five year old daughter broke her arm and was taken to the pediatric emergency room. Everyone was very helpful and kind in the ER. She needed to stay overnight so we were moved to the pediatric unit. The nurses were so kind to us. The true standouts were the nurses in the OR. They were unbelievably sweet with my daughter and did everything they could to make her feel as comfortable as possible.
