Doctor order not to get up without help. Big signs all over the place "call don't fall". Wife called for help to go to the bathroom, they said someone will be right there. Showed up an hour later needless to say they were a little late. Nurse finally showed up said her chart says she can get up. needless to say we were very upset snd the nurse reponse did nothing to make it better. Another nurse told her to call for help. I visited your outpatient Lab on the first floor of Clifton Good Sam on Saturday June 28 about 9:45 AM. The Phlebotomist who provided services for me was excellent. I have had a few issues with blood draws in recent years. The woman working with me listened calmly and she drew my blood quickly and efficiently and it was clear she had listened to my input. This morning I was already unable to even see where she drew the blood. Thanks, I sure wish I recalled her name because it truly was a pleasure.
