very thorough and very caring. Some of the procedures, I felt, were unnecessary. There was very little waiting, however, it took several hours for a simple gash. They were not very busy. I was thankful for the service.
Had to ask multiple times for a bandage after stitches. Had to ask multiple times for paints. Asked on two occasions for acetaminophen. Has to ask multiple times for a doctors note and they COMPLETELY uncaringly deal with requests. All around incompetent, and just plain rude. Talking to you, too, Mandy.
