Have used good Sam’s for years as we rv. Always had good service til this year. Broke down in the mountains near Taos trying to get truck in for service. Had to drive our return car further up to get cell signal. We were on the phone for 20-30 minutes trying to explain our situation. No were are not with the vehicle no cell coverage no we can not go back to the vehicle because there is no cell coverage gave mile marker and hwy info still could find us. Unwilling to cancel pending transaction for autopay before it's due... just sleazy corporate greed all about the money
Broken leaf spring on my trailer. Called at 2pm for towing or mobile repair. Was told someone would contact me shortly. Have not been contacted as of 9pm.
I needed to update my credit card info and Mashayla helped me. She was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am completely satisfied with her assistance.
