This popped up just as we are fighting this exact insurance company. They are refusing to pay for the roof damage on our 2020 5th wheel camper. We had two different storms go through at the lake that damaged the roof. They said it is wear and tear damage not from the hail and huge limb that fell on it. Claims adjust was a joke, after taking pictures and video of the damage turned in half of the things she found. We got insurance through Good Sam. We found insurance that was cheaper with a company that is in our local area. We was charged a 10% fee of the policy that we signed up with. When we signed up they said it will be no cancellation fee. Do not by any means use this company.
Terrible pricing, terrible rate increases even with no claims, terrible customer service. Wait time is almost 90 minutes to talk to a person on the phone.
Ripped me off big time over 3 years. Didn't ever make a claim, and watched my premiums almost double.
Misleading. They will give you a discount for a pay year in advance program, but if you cancel, they will only give you a pro-rated refund of 90% or less of your policy... Snakes...
