I received 6 calls one day and 8 the next. the first call I told them that I didn't need their expense insurance. The harassment continued until I blocked their number.
Raise rates on you with out notification and add people to your insurance with out your permission cause that said happen to move in under the same roof good Sam’s you’ll be the last company I’ll work with again
I would give Zero stars if I could for Good Sam Insurance. Complete rip off. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up... and especially do not sign up for auto renew! They tell you you are cancelled and auto renew the next year.
Terrible customer service over the phone
Attempting an online quote and I entered my phone number. Within minutes my phone rings. They have called me everyday 3 times a day to see if they can get me a better quote. I finally blocked the number.
