Terrible Insurance Company is what it should be renamed to. Deceptive and non-responsive
Tire and roadside assistance were good . Then we had a hail storm and the adjuster said yes you have hail damage, inside adjuster said yes it’s hail damage but the desk said it’s wear and tear and I should have replaced the roof on it years before. Who would replace a roof on an Rv unless it’s leaking. Other people around had the same storm and got full roof replacement. A disaster of a company. I will never do business with anything 'Good Sam' again. The insurance pricing was ridiculously high and they charged a $30 cancellation fee for an insurance policy.
Zero stars for Good Sam RV Insurance/National General. I have been a premium paying customer since 2009 on two different campers. Only made two claims….. both denied. We bought a 2016 Heartland Torque Toy Hauler from the original owner in February 2021. Their insurance replaced the roof sometime in 2020. My RV repair shop pointed out to us in early 2023 that the air conditioner was falling through the roof & would be in the kitchen if not repaired soon because the roof had not been properly braced/repaired.
