I rented a silver coffee urn for my mother's memorial service. When my husband picked up the urn to carry it outside one of the handles fell off, burning him and ruining his suit. Upon inspection the handle was broken and had been simply glued back on. My calls went unanswered. When my husband talked to the manager they promised to refund our money plus $80. for our time and travel. Good Rentals never refunded our money. I would never recommend Good Rentals!
