As friendly as Paul is, I wouldn't recommend him for his work. We engaged him to be our inspector on a property we purchased a few months ago and unfortunately, we're finding that he wasn't thorough with his inspection. I am shocked that he did not find the massive hole we are now having to fix and deal with on our roof. We've been having leakages that has seeped into the interior of our home and now, it's going to cost us thousands to fix.
