In reply to GPM's response: I did leave on good terms. My EX-husband still rents with them; not sure why, but that's none of my business. They even called him to complain about my review! Professionalism at its finest. I gave them a one-star review because when I rented, I always had difficulty reaching an employee in the office. Their communication skills are lacking.
