As a renter with Good Property Management in Jackson, MS, I’m sitting here feeling a mix of happy and sad, satisfied and disappointed all at the same time. I’ve requested that the president of this small company give me a ring about an issue with my tenancy. Five tries so far, and not even a “How you doin’, dog?” on the other end.
