beware of Good Ole Tom's. the reason? he fills his locations with "trained" workers. lets not forget. there is a lot to know about jewelry besides the fact that when you have "sold" your jewelry, meltdown is synonymous with "scrap" and you certainly did not pay "scrap" prices when you bought it, so buyer beware when you are dealing with this company that tries to teach people what takes years to learn. the loser? you because everytime I have been there, I dealt with people who knew far less that I have ever known.
