We decided to work with a sleep consultant just as our little one turned 13 months old, and it was the best decision we made. I just have to post a review. We used these sleep consultations when our daughter was 6 months. She is now 14 months and sleeps like a baby - a really well behaved, restful baby that sleeps 12 hours a night with a solid nap during the day.
