Josh and Rachel and their team were awesome to work with! They have in depth knowledge of: the communities in the Treasure Valley; the realty market; issues that buyers should be aware of when looking for a property in the various areas; the multiple Counties' requirements; and more. They were always very responsive any time of day and day of the week. They worked tirelessly and with tremendous patience over several months to help us find the right property. They were always totally professional but also very personable, eas... read more
Josh and Rachel with Good News Realty were absolutely amazing to work with. They are fantastic at communicating and were great at educating us on different things as we explored the valley. They were also VERY patient with us as we figured things out. My family and I are so thankful that we had them with us through our home buying journey. I can't recommend them enough!
Highly recommend Good News Realty Group. We worked with Josh and Rachel both were such kind and professional folks to have in our corner helping us relocate to Idaho. We can't say enough kind words to explain how patient and helpful they have been. It was a journey and they were right there for every question or concern we had along the way. This is a company that goes above and beyond to make sure their clients are informed and educated regarding all aspects of the real-estate purchase from start to finish. Thank you so muc... read more

That reassurance played a role in our decision to sign. Unfortunate... read more
Josh and his crew were polite, caring, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. They worked their buns off to get me the best possible deal, and because of my situation, they were able to help me get early occupancy, which meant so much to me. A few problems came up on my side during the purchase, but Josh was understanding, patient, and worked diligently to help resolve them. After Josh and Rachel worked their magic, the closing went off without a hitch! Good News Realty and its employees truly exemplify what their ... read more
