We hired Good News to install new windows in 4 rooms in our home - 2 replacement and 4 new construction. The aesthetic appeal and value these windows added to our home are beyond words. They have turned rooms with basic, cheap, boring sliders into something out of HGTV. The crew that did the construction was extremely professional, did beautiful work, and left the house cleaner than it was when they first arrived. Call you back when the window is defective and honor the lifetime warranty. Instead I called a competitor of theirs, and they are calling the Window co for warranty work to be done!

BAD NEWS on Good News! They will sell you windows with a life time warranty, but not so on the installation they do. You might want to go to Renewal by Anderson for your replacement windows OR it is cheaper and higher quality in the long run to hire a licensed general contractor and have new construction windows installed. Or else a few years later when your Good News installed windows start leaking and causing structural damage, costing thousands of dollars to replace and repair - Good News will threaten to sue you if you c... read more
