Bret came to my house to fix my plumbing the same day that I called (I called in the late afternoon). He assessed the situation and came back the next day to fix it. He charged me less than quoted saving me a little over 20% of the cost. He also fixed two more minor issues. He was so professional and polite. He even took a moment to talk to my very curious kids and showed them a magic trick!

Thank you, Bret and John! We had a surprise drain clog that was far enough down the line that it affected our bathroom and our kitchen, so the house was almost out of commission. Bret and John responded to us quickly and were able to come out first thing the next morning to take care of the problem. They were totally professional, friendly, and careful. I do all home repairs myself, but this sink clog had me stumped--I simply could not clear it. I called Good News at 5pm on a Friday. Brett was here in 30 minutes. He had to snake it four times before it opened up, but he got it. Prompt, courteous, professional, and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Absolute life saver!!!! We had a MAJOR back up BECAUSE OUR TENANTS LIKE TO USE “flushable wipes”/flush baby wipes. They cleared everything and cleaned up! Great at what they do!!!! Communication A++!
