Highly recommend Good Neighbors A/C! We’ve always had such a positive experience with them. Their team is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and their pricing is fair. Lana in the office is an absolute pleasure to talk to and is always so helpful. We recently had Ryan come out for our routine maintenance, and he was great! Super knowledgeable, personable, and honest. It’s refreshing to work with a local company that makes you feel like you’re in good hands.
Wonderful experience. Lana in the office was terrific — she explained everything quickly and clearly so to ensure everything was understood and exactly what would need to be done. From what I can see they have a very talented team of technicians and dispatch quickly. Great customer service even before service!
Ryan, technician with Good Neighbors AC, is very thorough and diagnosed our issue. He had to do a lot of detective work and diagnosed a small leak in the coil. He fixed it in a day! Thank you Good Neighbors AC!!!
Everyone at good neighbors has been so helpful and professional with dealing with my AC issues. From Lana, Morgan, and Brandon in the office, to Ryan, Colby, Andrew, Dan and Randall servicing and repairing my system flawlessly a professionally every time couldn't recommend a better company!
We have used Good Neighbors for years (both for new installs and ongoing maintenance) and have always been very happy with their service. Highly recommend.
