We’ve been using Good Neighbors AC for about 3 years now. I honestly can’t think of enough good things to say about them! Twice our AC was out and they were here in lightning speed. Both Louis and Lexi were quick to diagnose and explain the problems, and possible solutions. Lana in the office was quick to provide quotes and options. Good Neighbors Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner into my condo and did an outstanding job. Lana office manager kept me updated when scheduling the installation date and time. Louis service tech did a great job explaining everything to me and is an asset to the company. Thank you both…….
I have used Good Neighbors Air for a while now for my semi-annaul AC maintenance visits. Recently, Alexis from Good Neighbors advised me that my coolant was low, and therefore I likely had a leak. Alexis was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and she answered all my questions! AND she found the leak!! New part on order. Thank you. Update: June 17th. Bruce (the General Manager) and the team at Good Neighbors Air Conditioning have been incredible. They're working hard to resolve an issue that was caused (and ignored) by a previous A/C company. Customer service is prompt, professional, and honest and the repair team is knowledgeable and respectful. I’m very pleased and can highly recommend Good Neighbors A/C if you're looking for trustworthy, reliable service!
I have been with the company for about 5 years. They are always very helpful and honest, never trying to sell me anything I don’t need. My AC went down around 4Am. I called Lana and she had someone out immediately. Lois, the technician, was fantastic, in and out within an hour. I highly recommend Good Neghbor air conditioning 🤗
