Great team and amazing service!
I had a very frustrating experience with this A/C company. Initially, a technician came by unexpectedly while working on a neighbor’s unit, claimed he knew exactly what was wrong with mine, and charged me $180 for a quick fix. Wanting to do things properly, I later scheduled a full maintenance appointment. My first appointment was set for Monday between 8 AM and 12 PM—they never showed up. I received the best service from the initial phone call with Lana to the service I received today….replacing coils in my air conditioner! I totally recommend Good Neighboors due to their professional service and attention to detail!
The folks at Good Neibors were excellent!
We’ve had nothing but issues since having our new unit installed with Good Neighbors. Even the service has been suspect. Finally called on a new company today who commented on how poor Good Neighbor’s work was. Won’t be using this company again.
