Omg ! Louis is such a sweet guy, very professional, easy to understand and super friendly.
Our a/c & furnace stopped working over the weekend, so I phoned Good Neighbours this morning, spoke to a v friendly person. She said she could get a technician to us between 11:30 & 2 today. The tech, Lexi, arrived at 11:30 sharp, also v friendly. She fixed the problem & explained it clearly to us - no charge b/c it resulted from some faulty factory wiring (unit was installed recently). Good Neighbors is awesome. I reached out looking for an estimate on a new AC unit for my Mom's home. Brandon showed up the next morning looked everything over and said I would have an estimate by the end of the day. The estimate was complete and broke down with everything that was included with the installation. We gave them a deposit on Thursday and we were told that they would start first thing Monday.
