Web sites say the Aloha site was open today 8-6 Got here it’s only open the first Saturday of every month for one hour. Please put the correct times on your site..
A terrible experience today. There is no guarantee you will actually be seen by the doctor. After just 10 minutes, they were already fully booked. What is the point if they can only attend to 7 patients in an hour and a half? Don't go there; you’ll just waste your time, and your pet will get stressed out from standing in line outside. Never again. I’d rather pay for truly good service.
These guys are great! This is the economical way to get your pets immunizations, microchips and the sort. A REAL veterinarian and technicians arrive in a "veterinary office on wheels". It's on a first come, first served basis, and there's always a line, so I recommend getting there 1/2 hour ahead of the scheduled clinic start time.
I am surprised with the number of one star reviews GNV Alpha location received but the only reason I am giving them a five star is because I appreciate their service when they go to Bi-Mart to be in service for pet check-ups, exams and vaccinations. I've been doing this with them for 6 years and had no problems. I hope their actual location improves for customer service. Sad to see all the one stars.
Very rude. Theres better places to go that will treat you with decency and respect while you are worried about your pet. This place will not
