I WILL NEVER TAKE MY ANIMALS HERE EVER AGAIN!!! They do not let you in the room with your babies and if they growl even a little bit THEY MUZZLE YOUR DOG WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!!!!! I have never been so angry at a vet before. My dogs are super sweet if there was an issue I should have been allowed in!!! That was an extreme overreaction for the situation. I should have listened to my own instincts as soon as they said I wasn’t allowed in the room with my babies I should have said NO!
There's no direct phone line which makes some things difficult but thank you for trusting me that you guys were the quickest affordable option for treating my puppies cheek abscess. After she had proper pain control I was able to clean the wound and out came a grass seed! I'm thankful I can spend the money that would have gone to an emergency vet or X-rays on toys for her instead while she recovers on the antibiotics and pain meds you guys provided.
