Tried to make an appointment to dental and the only place in town that will accept my insurance apparently. I explained I’ve been in pain for over a month and don’t drive so I can’t go into Omaha. But they refuse to accept a new patient at all. So I guess I’ll let my teeth continue to be an issue until I have to go to the ER and when I do I will explain that you refuse to give a human being in excruciating pain with no other options to to any care.
En la clínica dental solo atienden 4 personas. Primero en llegar: primero en ser atendido. Pero la realidad es que discriminan pues fui la primera en llegar y delante de mí pasaron a un señor nativo de aquí sin darme una explicación. Dicho señor llegó una hora después que yo al estacionamiento en la mañana y al entrar a la clínica fue asignado con el número 3 mientras que yo fui asignada con el número 1 y mi esposo con el número 2. Es muy desconsiderado de parte del personal.
Giant waste of time
I see Shannon McDonald as my primary Doctor. I am 56 years old and she is the best doctor I have had. The reason I like Shannon is because not only does she listen to me and take the time but she actually hears me. She understands and she empathizes. She addresses all my concerns, She answers all my questions. I feel like I’m in good hands with her, And I trust her. She has my best care in mind. I like her team for the same reason. My mom has had horrible health due to an accident over 30years ago. She hates how most treat her because she is on medicaid. It sucks and there is very little we can do about it. Well yesterday she had an amazing experience with Dr. Wolf. She took care of her and answered all the questions instead of looking at just the $$$. I had to say thank you because its not often someone actually listens to her needs and tries to fix the problem not mask it. Thank you!!!
