Easy, fast and good! Good Measure Meals provides pre-portioned, calorie controlled meals that are convenient, fresh and good tasting. You can pick up at one of their many sites or have it delivered to your home. The menu changes each week on a 4 or 5 week rotation. New foods are added seasonally. Part of the price you pay for your meals helps support Project Open Hand.
Very convenient and great food This is a meal service that allows you to choose your caloric intake WITHOUT having to count the calories yourself! It's very convenient because you can pick up the food at various locations - including your gym. I wouldn't recommend adding on the snacks. For the increase in price you can go get yourself some granola bars and pudding and call it a day. The food is excellent, and the menu changes regularly, so you're not likely to get bored with it.
