You can pick up at one of their many sites or have it delivered to your home. The menu changes each week on a 4 or 5 week rotation. New foods are added seasonally. Very convenient and great food This is a meal service that allows you to choose your caloric intake WITHOUT having to count the calories yourself! It's very convenient because you can pick up the food at various locations - including your gym. I wouldn't recommend adding on the snacks. For the increase in price you can go get yourself some granola bars and pudding and call it a day. The food is excellent, and the menu changes regularly, so you're not likely to get bored with it.
