I called to see if they could cut my daughter's hair, and on a day when they were short-staffed, they not only squeezed her in but didn't charge me full price because my daughter had just gotten her bangs cut. 100 % going back.
Took my niece for a cut. Do not go if cleanliness is your thing. Hair all over the floor and chair from previous clients. Hair and soap etc in sink from last person.
This store employs a text system to confirm appointments. The problem is that they have my cell phone number for a person named “Carmen” and they keep sending me reminders of her appointments! I am not Carmen. I asked them to remove me and they did not. Hence my review. Hopefully this will get their attention to fix this glitch.
I got my hair colored by Brenan today and I'm actually obsessed. He got my hair better then I could have anticipated. .1000 percent will never go to any other stylist again. Thank you!!! You're absolutely amazing!
