My husband ordered new glasses . We know that Good Looks is not inexpensive, and expect quality commensurate w that. Twice- Twice. There was a defect in the lenses. Twice they went back before he even saw them Lab is not owned by GL, though it says “their lab” , our own eyewear lab, on site Today when glasses were picked up, husband asked for a reduction in bill. Was told no go. Period. Sorry. Poor quality from lab This product did not “exceed industry standards” as stated on website. Very disappointed
RecommendedWe took our 5 yr old for her first eye exam, the staff were great. She was a little nervous, but they were patient and kind. Dr. O’Donnell was just wonderful!
