I worked with Castro as my property manager starting in May 2023, and he was great to work with. He was always professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He knows the Buffalo area well and has good connections with contractors and handymen, which made a big difference whenever something needed attention. Castro is a terrible unreliable unresponsive money hungry property manager, he will do the bare minimum and be very rude while doing it, he will take his time scheduling any work that needs to be done on the place if he even will schedule it at all, I was the tenet and was doing all his responsibilities the landlord was paying him for, like scheduling workers to fix things, be there to open and close the house for them, he will ignore calls from maintenance workers, tenets, landlords, your better off saving the money and do ... read more
