Visiting Stillwater for the day and expected better from this place but came away disappointed. We ordered the beef stroganoff and pecan-crusted chicken. Both portions were rather small and the chicken was dry and tough. The stroganoff was tastier but not worth recommending. The cafe has a nice vibe and the pastries looked good but the quality and value of the food we ordered was lacking.

My wife and I chose Good Little Eater to cater our wedding and we are so, so glad we did! My mother-in-law has Celiac disease and we were able to make the entire menu gluten-free so she didn't have to be careful about what she ate. We didn't have any strong opinions on what we wanted in terms of food, so we let them put together and menu and they came up with a fantastic set of foods! I love this place, the atmosphere, the food, the people. The have great froze quiches to take home too. The only negative is when you get fresh food to go, it is smaller portions and not as well made as when you eat in. Not sure why that is.

best discovery in my short trip to stillwater. a small cafe with charm and the most enticing display of pastries. the proportions were appropriate for a light lunch and the desserts sealed the deal. i had the little cheever salad and the blackberry cake. they picked the blackberries themselves and whipped the cream on top. first stop i’m going back to if i find myself in stillwater again!
