I have some rental properties and should have hired Good Life years ago. The process is very smooth, and Christian and Mitchell have been super professional, responsive, and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Talking to a Property Management company can sometimes be a horrible experience. That was not the case when I called Good Life Property Management. Shanice made the experience fast and informative, all while providing great customer service.
If possible, ask for Oscar Mendoza to be your Maintenance Coordinator. He’s always reacted quickly to get things resolved and treated us kindly. We don’t worry about maintenance issues with him handling our maintenance teams.

Naomi was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in answering all my questions about renting an apartment in La Jolla.
