This is by far the most efficient, thorough, and educational pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacist, Dr. Riyad Hasanali, is compassionate, caring, and I have been able to develop a relationship with him and his staff where they know me by sight or name - a feeling that gives me extra comfort. Remarkable that Riyad and Erica and others can provide such specialized service to more than one family. These are really good people. It's not an exaggeration to say they have saved lives in my family. We moved an hour away and we still use this pharmacy because we can't imagine going anywhere else.
What a true blessing it was the day Riyad and his entire staff of Good Life Pharmacy moved into my neighborhood! The personalized and superior customer service is bar none, the best I have ever had the privilege of receiving. The free delivery of my medication has been so wonderful as well. I could write pages about why I LOVE this pharmacy! Suffice to stay that dealing with a chronic illness is hard enough, add to that dealing with another big chain pharmacy that added to that stress with poor, robotic customer service totally lacking empathy!
