The owner is a scam artist! Do not invest money into this business if you would ever like to see it again. He's a thief and a crappy person. Maybe, God willing, my grandmother will see all the money my grandfather loaned Steve (the owner) a week before he tragically passed away. Since my grandfather passed, Steve has done NOTHING to try and return what's rightfully my Grandmothers and dodge all of her inquiries into the agreement. I guess he just figures he got lucky.
