I had my first dental cleaning in 5 years this past week at Good life family dental and I was highly satisfied & pleased with every aspect of my visit! The ladies at the front desk are so kind welcoming and helpful. My hygienist Stephanie was wonderful, she gave me what was honestly the most comfortable cleaning I have ever had in my life. Dr Bonavita has been my dentist for over 10 years! And there is a reason why. He is the most caring, patient and knowledgeable doctor you could ever find!!! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. The office itself is brand new, always spotless and not to mention the amazing staff! Every phone call to reschedule my appointments, have been easy and stress free. Always tryin to accommodate the patients needs. Overall 10/10
Great place in Springfield area for dental hralth. At first I'm not sure what and how quality and skills of staff and dentist compared with my previous Not very good experience at CT and NY. At first I was surprised with front desk staff who could arrange to schedule the appointment very fast pace. Then dental hygienist is very efficient in taking history and good job in x-ray and scaling and even some diagnosis. Finally their boss who trained his staff very well is great man. Been with doctor Bonavita for over 25 years. My kids grew up going to him and continue to see him now that they are grown up. He never forgets to ask how everyone is doing. He takes his time numbing you and making sure you are comfortable. He never tries to push dental work on you, he gives sound advice and let's you decide treatment with no pressure. Also, he has the best staff!
We love Dr Bonavita and all of his staff! Always so friendly & always does a great job! Personally have been a patient for 10+ years and now my husband and kids go there too! Highly recommend.
