I had a dental emergency, where one of my longer-term crowns came unglued on a Thursday afternoon. The dentist office is closed on Fridays. I called and left a message and Dr. Shaffer called me back and arrange for he and his surgical assistant, Amy to meet me at 7 AM on Friday morning. Would your dentist team do that? Mine did. Dr. Schafer and his team are the absolute best. Dr. Schafer meets you where you are and works hard to give you the most beautiful smile. He continues to seek training so that he can provide the most current and up-to-date, state of the art, treatment and procedures for his patients. His proactive approach to care is intentional and appreciated. His team is always kind and helpful and they work hard to accommodate you in any way they can. Whoa my god! Such a good job. My teeth were crusty. I had one old crown he redid my front two so nice! I am about as vain as they get and when he put those temps on I about cried but seriously I could not be happier. I would have hugged him but that would be weird. Worth it go to him for anything cosmetic.
