I went here to get my nose pierced a year ago and loved it. They are very friendly and helpful. I am planning on making another trip to get a new nose ring put in.
The staff here from phone call inquiry to entrance to exit were phenomenal. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional, and really seem to care a lot about their customers. Whether you are looking for jewelry or services, this should be your destination. Five stars, all day long. And Aaron Macabre is fantastic in every way. :-)
One word: Amazing! I came in with high hopes and wasn't disappointed. Aaron pierced me and he was totally cool. He walked me through the process step by step. Everything was very clean and he changed his gloves a thousand times to keep everything sanitary. They helped me pick out jewelry and made sure I didn't have any questions, and were overall very helpful! A really great experience.
I went there to get my daith pierced, and they are the closest APP shop to Cleveland. I have never been more impressed!! Aaron pierced me and he was an incredibly patient and fun guy. He made sure I was comfortable and reassured me the whole time. Jordan was phenomenal helping me pick out jewelry also. It was an hour drive but I would have driven much farther. Love love LOVE it here!! Thanks again gentlemen!!

Jeremiah and his staff are exceptional. They treat you with respect and they don't make you feel dumb if you have questions. Their professionalism is excellent and they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.
