Since being brand new, and only being on the job for a day, I got put into a intensive high care client with little to no training and was blanatly disrespected by the family then the care coordinator Kayla refused to give me any new clients stating that I was uncomfortable with what was going on, and tells me I’m no longer needed, and the funny thing is I was told she doesn’t decide if I stay or go, only management… they have a funny way of not speaking up and letting other people speak about it.. what’s really going on

My mother was in crisis after returning home from a year in rehabilitation. The care team that was set up - didn't show up! Seems hard to find good care takers right now with COVID. Then Jill and her team at Good Life At Home showed up. We received the care needed immediately after intake. I was wonderfully surprised by all of the care takers my mother has had with Good Life. They are much better than what you find at any facility! Professional and trained...as well as loving and kind! I highly recommend this company

Jill, the interviewer was cold and a cookie cutter. Denied services because if a sign that said "Remove Shoes" That wasn't a problem, too funny.
