This is the best vape shop I've been to. Soon as you walk in the door everyone welcomes you with open arms. I've been going here for about seven months now and every time i walk through the door i feel like I'm at home and that's what makes a good business. The staff is great always willing to help and always respectful and they always have a smile on their faces. Everything about the shop is from the staff to the juice. I just wanna thank everyone at the saddle brook store for all of there help
I have been coming to this store since i started vaping. Since then the staff has been a great help with all the information to suggestions. Since i started vaping 8 months ago ive become an advanced vaper with the help of Good Karma and hope to have one of my personal juice lines on their shelves one day....

Every time I walk into the store the employees are more then happy to great you even if the shop is packed. Every employee will make sure your question is answered even if they need to ask another employee to ensure the information they are giving out Is correct. I would suggest this shop to anybody who is new to vapeing or who's has been vapeing for a while.

Literally. The best customer service experience I've ever had. The group at good karma are truly amazing and extremely helpful. Because of them i have quit smoking cigarettes!
