I highly recommend John Watt, Good Housekeeping Inc., for residential mold investigation, analysis, and remediation. He has access to breath of test modalities, depending on the level of investigation. In my situation we were able to correlate a household issue with a health issue. John is a very strong problem solver who traces the test results to the assignable causes. His remediation methods are natural and safe. In addition, I found his customer service, including scheduling, exceptional.
John and team are totally reliable, efficient and effective.

Very informative, personal, professional, timely, detailed quote, performed as agreed. I can't comment about the quality of the service because after leaving several messages with the lady who answers the phone, John never called me back. One star for customer service, especially when I asked the lady I have left several messages with you and John has not called me back, she says to me, "you don't have to be rude....." What? Rude? Not sure if this is answering service John has hired, but she is far from customer service.
