This is an older facility but it is clean and updated. The staff seem very pleasant. I am assuming this place is for people of limited income by comparison to the new facilities. I have been in there numerous times. It never has once has had an offensive odor. Dining and common areas are clean. The residents look well cared for.
Great facility overall. Clean and secured building, caring staff and very reasonably priced.
I like everything that they have offered me and with there rooms filling up quickly; place looks good; no bad smell; saw awesome caring staff. I am looking forward to march move in.

I just moved my parents into Good Hope of Pinellas and both they and I love it. The care they receive is second to none. I highly recommend this community.
