Patricia kenndy is a very lazy staff/person, comes to work with a back brace, it is hard for her to walk, always calling off, and wanting to be paid, we started her with cargiver job, caring for the patients at home, 5 patients refused her and she bagged to remain working as her husband just lost his job, with compassion we allowed her to come and stay in the office, but all she does is to sit, and talk to the other staff who does the work, she will not follow any instructions, the last issue was when she delayed communicati... read more
Workers here are consistently kind and try their best to provide quality care. But they are undermined by owner Chimatara Ebirim. She "punishes" workers by abruptly cutting hours and refusing to pay wages earned. I have personally seen her refuse to pay a PT provider, with the result that the provider told her it would immediately stop seeing Goodhope patients.
