RecommendedGreat vets and great care. My mistake I should have asked if a toe nail trim was included in a wellness and shot visit. Every place I've ever gone to and being a former Vet Tech this was complimentary. Not here, $22.00 dollars. My bad as I could have had for 5 dollars more a bath and furmation at my groomers. I feel so ripped off.
Critical: Reliability If you move 10+ hours away and have not been able to find or schedule a visit with a new vet since the move, this clinic will not allow a one time order for prescriptive cat food even though your cat’s food is almost completely out! Even human doctors do not treat patients this way. The doctors at Hershey Med Center were gracious and gave one time extension for scripts, but these vet doctors will not show such mercy or kindness to your animal! As always excellent care! Drop off and wait in car at the moment but always loves on the babies and the compassion is evident! My little one gets the best care and she deserves only best so that's why she's with Good Hope Animal Hospital!
The staff was friendly. The vet really took her time and got to know my pet. She address all my concerns and questions. Her exam was very thorough and made me aware of my the conditions on my pet and help educate me on doing what is best for my dog. I would highly recommend this vet. Also their pricing is competitive is fair.
I have brought my 4 guinea pigs here and my rabbit. With all different issues 2 had to be put down one with cancer and the other with heart failure. I wouldn't have wanted a different place to say goodbye to my special babies.😔
The staff is great out front. Dr Heidecker is the best vet around. He takes his time with your pet and explains things. Also Deb the tech is awesome! Barbara Pugh

There is not one thing I would not recommend about this Hospital !!!
