Excellent doctor and staff. She has to aken excellent care if me for almost 5 years. I would recommend her to anyone!
Straight forward and thorough, I liked her very much .So far she has been excellent.
I agree with other reviews, the staff are incredibly pleasant but the Doctor seems impatient and does not listen to what the patient says. I've been misdiagnosed for having carpal tunnel syndrome and was prescribed medication that I did not need and she left the room without giving me a explanation of how she was able to diagnose this. Another visit was a couple months ago, I tried to explain to her what I was experiencing from a week ago, she immediately interrupted me and said "WHAT ARE YOU FEELING NOW?!" - wouldn't a phys... read more
SHE IS THE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS WELL BEING. I WILL RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE FIND THEMSELVES A NEW DOCTOR BECAUSE THIS "DOCTOR" WILL GET YOU KILLED!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A REFERRAL AND RETURNED PHONE CALL FOR MONTHS NOW! SHE TRULY IS THE DEVIL'S SPAWN AND SHOULD GET HER LICENSE REVOKED. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE. Dr. Shoba Sama is one of the greatest doctors i have ever got the chance of meeting.. Ever since I first had an appointment with Mrs. Sama she has done everything she has had the power to do to help me she is truly an amazing doctor and a very caring person.. She has helped reffer me to other doctors for various things. I would reccommend her to anyone that is in true need I'm so lucky that she is my doctor...
The staff at this establishment is fantastic they are very nice and genuinely caring people dr. Shoba Sama however is a terrible listener and jumps to conclusions I don't know if it was on the doctors and or the other but they lost my blood work and it's been over a month sense I ask for a referral to an OBGYN and they are sending me in circles saying that I haven't or they can't find one or blah blah blah thoroughly displeased
Staff is nice but the doctor is not good at all.
