Dr. Neely is a great pedi, but her staff/front desk is not as great!! I had an appt scheduled a week in advance that was supposedly “scheduled” by her answering services. Only to show up & be told I didn’t have an appt. Who just shows up for an imaginary appt right?! The lady at the front desk told me she was not there on that day and told me I could not be seen. RecommendedDr. Neely is so kind and thorough....she takes time to listen and really pays attention to what you say. Her staff is helpful and friendly and they maintain a schedule that makes sure you don't have to wait hours beyond your appointment time.

Dr Neely is exactly what one would want in a pediatrician. She is kind, attentive, gentle and never judges my decisions as mom ❤️ Also, I’ve never had to wait a long time and felt that she spends ample time with my child.
