I called this company today first off they changed the name which raised question who are they? The Russian accented woman who answered the phone was rude, abrupt, impatient when I asked questions about their services. She was unwilling to give information telling me to call at the end of the month since my appt was in September. This response indicates uncertainty about their reliable service. Don’t recommend questionable customer service response!
I’ve been using this company for a few years now for my grandparents and let me just say they are absolutely amazing and very professional. The drivers always make sure to get them to their destinations safely and on time. We even started using this company to take them to events besides going to doctor appointments so it’s been a big help. Thank you for your great service !
