Clean store with small amount of inventory. They do carry some specialty items and as far as health stores in Sheridan go this one is the best. The help is sort of rude though. Last time I was there the lady wouldn't get off the phone to help me. Even when I go to the counter she kept talking on the phone. If your looking for a good health food store to shop at on a regular basis in the Sheridan are your better off going to Albertsons or driving to Billings
