I called a few times, nearly 2 weeks ago, to ask about getting my lawn mower repaired. Each time I got through to some sort of answering service, who would just put me on hold for about 10 minutes, and then disconnect me. At one point, I got to some sort of answering machine asking me to leave a name and number for them to call me back. I did, but never received a response back from anyone. Disaster. Avoid working with Zach who runs the mobile mechanic side of the business. I Set up appt. on the phone, discussed my location, problem, my vehicle type and rates including $100 trip charge. He asked me to txt him the address and date / time we had confirmed. When he was a no show 30 mins after appointment time I texted and got no response. Our lawnmower wouldn’t start bad being mechanically inept I called TS Engine Repair. Came to house same day. Turned out it was something really dumb (no surprise) so it took him 2 minutes to fix. He felt bad charging us the agreed $85 dollar house call fee for so little work so he did an oil change and adjusted carb. Totally didn’t have to but obviously an honest and diligent guy. Will definitely get my repeat business.
Called and spoke with TS for snow blower tune up and belt replacement on 12/1/23. Scheduled appointment for next day at 11 am. NO SHOW. BAD!
Took my lawnmower to this small engine repair shop and they did an excellent job fixing it. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and provided fast service. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of small engine repair.
