I’m ecstatic to have found this amazing stylist after a long search! I was actually searching for a Dominican salon (there are zero in a reasonable radius), and fortunately found Smokey along the way; i can tell she is confident with all hair types, and has a lot of experience with my texture. Initially opted for her free consult, instantly felt i could trust her with my hair; also she did not try to upsell me any services. I have been going to Smokey for years now and I will follow her to the end of time! She is such a lovely person and I always have a blast every time I go to her salon. Her salon is clean and cozy, and there's just good vibes all around! plus she knows my hair so well and cuts/styles it exactly how I want. We also do a lot of color experiments together and that's been so fun too. Highly recommend her~!
Been coming here since beginning. Smokey is a wonderful stylist. Very clean love my hair. Unfortunately I won't be coming back. Owner's professional ability was totally gone when I said something that didn't agree with her.Mind you while charging me over $300. Per visit. Not agreeing with with you is one thing but to scold an older woman on moral compassing is not her position. Calling a paying customer abhorrent for her own opinion is disgusting. Love! So excited to have found my new hair salon! Smokey does the best job! The way she color blends is on point! She keeps my hair looking and feeling healthy! The salon itself is cozy, clean, and quaint. Love her style, personality, professionalism. Highly recommend! All the way around this experience is 100%!
