I have been coming to this salon for about three years and the previous lady was awesome and professional and now it's running by her daughter and it is as professional as it was my dreadlocks are fresh I say thanks
The stylists are really nice but I think they need to do better in prioritizing appointments over walk-ins. I made an appt for 11 AM. When I arrived, I had to wait for 2 hours, in the dryer, while people who showed up after me were being taken care of. I gave up and went home. UPDATE [03/01/2026]: Thank you for your response. I’ve been going to this shop for a while now, but this was my first time working with Ella, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I came in for a lock repair and reattachment service, and the level of care and attention to detail she brought to every row was incredible. Warm friendly staff, welcoming environment, fair prices, great location. It is better if you get a quote/assessment in person, rather than ver the phone.I am a 10 year regular and I cannot price them highly enough.
