Had GGR replace the roof on my house and am very satisfied with the job their crew did. The roofing crew was very friendly and would answer any questions or concerns I had. They had it all done in one day. All debris was cleaned up and they went through the entire debris field with magnets to get all the nails. And a thankyou goes out to Hugh, GGR's in the field sales rep for going over everything they can do, should do and will do. Again, thankyou to everyone at GGR, especially the guys on the roof.
Insurance claims are complicated and this contractor was willing to sit down with me and help me understand how it would work. The work was completed in a timely manner, but most important to me was that I felt cared for as a customer.
Always prompt, professional, and great bids for the excellent quality work they provide. I have used GGR several times for storm damage and they have never let me down.
