Good Guys Moving crushed it when I had to empty out my four-bedroom house last month. I’ve hired movers a bunch of times before, but nothing this massive, and I was low-key stressing about the whole thing. They came in with one of the sharpest quotes I saw (no shady up-charges later), showed up right on the dot, and the crew was just… nice, you know? Super professional and friendly! One worker got sick and had to leave; another worker came after about an hour. (The company gave us a discount). In the meantime, the remaining worker kept going, even took a 9 foot entertainment center down 3 flights of stairs all by himself! All was delivered to new location in good condition. I would definitely recommend them!
This company must have their own fake reviews!! This was an absolute nightmare experience from the begining and we are now taking them to small claims court and filing a complaint with the BBB. Not only did they miscalculate the truck size needed to move a 2 bedroom apt.(from exactly where they said they had just moved someone recently in Irvine), even when we pointed out that we didn't think the truck they brought would be large enough, walked them our home that was all packed up, it took 10 hours to load up a small 2 bed 2... read more
Excellent experience from start to finish Alex was my point of contact and was with Pablo and Fernando the entire time when they moved some very difficult pieces in my home. Have a great attitude or clean cut and respectful. I highly recommend this business
