I am writing to evaluate a particular Good Guys service call about two months ago , May/June 2025. The purpose of the service call: To address ongoing reported issues with the heat pump and AC system (ongoing excessive fan noise and AC airflow problems technician tried to address in previous service call). Connor blends professionalism and humanness, immediately inspiring confidence. He explained everything he was doing as he did it, in a way that made me feel good about investing time and money in maintaining my investment in a heat pump. Added bonus: he used to be a dog trainer and was great with my 5 month old puppy! So impressed—this will absolutely be an annual event.
Can't recommend these guys enough. Communication was quick and clear, the technicians were respectful and efficient, and they were able to fix the issue with my mini-split. They also gave me helpful advice on how to better maintain my units to reduce issues in the future.
