Worst tow truck company in washington! They take weeks past the date they give you to pick up a vehicle. Then their truck leaks a unbelievable amount of hydraulic fluid and oil on your property and replies (want us to whipe it up?) When mentioned they should get it fixed and it's a issue to have a truck dump fluids like that on someone's property.
Place is terrible. We live just south of Missoula but have family in Spokane which we visit often.My wife went in for a higher quality auto speakers. She returned home to Missoula and told me there's a clunk in both doors when shutting. Knowing she just had speakers installed at Good Guys I immediately knew they didn't secure the door speakers properly. I called and spoke to the manager and he guaranteed the issue would be fixed on our next trip back to Spokane. This time they told my wife they used zip ties to secure the sp... read more
